Can I change the detector wording?
Yes, detector badges are magnets, which means you can customize your Vibe Detector with our Swappable Detector Badges in seconds!

Do detectors actually detect anything?
These novelty detectors for fun and we don’t claim they actually detect anything, but our testing has shown that it’s impossible to use them and not smile while making others laugh!

Why did I only get part of my order?
If you ordered a detector + Printful item (like a shirt), they ship separately from different locations. You’ll get separate tracking and delivery.

Can I resell these or order in bulk?
Yes. Email [email protected] if you want to discuss wholesale or custom bulk orders.

Are more detectors coming?
Yes. We are constantly working on new themes and editions. Sign up for email updates or follow us on social to get notified.

Can I customize the label or create my own detector?
Not yet, but we’re working on it. If you’re interested in custom detectors, email [email protected]. Custom magnets or label kits might be added soon.

Is it waterproof or weatherproof?
No. These are indoor-friendly electronics. Rain, pools, or mimosas = bad idea.

Can I travel with it?
Yes, but don’t bring it through airport security turned on. It looks like a metal detector and will confuse TSA. Carry it off, batteries out.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. only. No international orders at this time.

How long does shipping take?

  • Detector Devices: Orders are processed within 5–10 business days and ship from San Diego via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery takes 2–5 business days after that. Tracking and $100 insurance included.
  • Printful Products: Apparel, mugs, and accessories are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Fulfillment takes 2–7 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
If tracking shows “Delivered” and it’s missing, check with neighbors or your local USPS. We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
If your package was never delivered and tracking hasn’t moved, contact us and we’ll investigate. We replace items confirmed lost in transit, but not theft after delivery.


Return & Exchange Policy


Detector Devices

All detector sales are final. These are novelty electronics made in limited batches. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless one of the following applies:

  • Item arrived physically damaged
  • Item does not power on or is non-functional on arrival
  • You received the wrong item

To request a replacement: Contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photo or video evidence of the issue. If verified, we’ll send a replacement. Refunds are only issued if a replacement isn’t possible. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Printful Products

Printful items (shirts, hats, mugs) are printed on demand. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, personal preference, or buyer’s remorse.

We will replace items that:

  • Are misprinted
  • Arrive damaged
  • Are incorrect based on your order

To request a replacement: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos showing the problem. If approved, Printful will ship a replacement. Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.
